Intermass obtained the Construction Building Permit and has commenced mobilization works for the construction of the Misk buildings in Arada's Al Jada residential and commercial development. The project consists of four buildings (B + G + 9 + R) in a challenging contract duration of 22 months. The engineer on this project is Arif & Bintoak.
Intermass completed the mobilization for Arada's Nasma Phase 4, consisting of 302 villas. The foundation works are progressing approximately 18 days ahead of schedule in a challenging contract duration of 17 months.
Intermass completed 24% of the progress for Arada's Nasma Phase 3 project, consisting of 197 villas (GF + 1F) in Sharjah. The progress is on schedule and the structure works will be completed in November 2019.
Intermass achieved the fourth control milestone for the construction of the MAG 318 project (UG + 2B + G + 3P + 19F) in Business Bay by completing the structure works on schedule in a challenging contract duration of 22 months.
Intermass and its partners, Dubai South and WSA Atkins Engineering Consultants, celebrated 4 million man hours without injuries and accidents on the Dubai South Townhomes project.
Intermass submitted all the material inspection requests for the snagging and de-snagging works on Dubai South's Townhomes project prior to the completion date in November 2019. The project consists of 237 villas (G + 2), a health club, a swimming pool, and complete infrastructure services with a built-up area of 57,500 sqm.
Intermass started the Testing and Commissioning works on the Al Wasl commercial and residential buildings project prior to the completion date in October 2019. The project consists of two residential buildings (G + 9), as well as commercial and parking buildings, and is located in Al Jadaf in Dubai with a built-up area of 34,446 sqm.
Intermass achieved the fourth control milestone for the construction of the Avalon Hotel project (UG + 3B + G + 16F) in Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai by completing the structure works on schedule. The project completion date is June 6, 2020.
Intermass was awarded the contract for the construction of the Dubai Police Compound at Umm Al Daman, Dubai. The project consists of approximately 28 administration (G + 4 + R), residential (G + 2 + R), and service buildings (G + 1 + R) in a challenging contract duration of 17 months. The client is Meraas and the engineer on this project is Arif & Bintoak.
Intermass completed the physical construction of Arada’s Nasma 2 Project and submitted the Building Completion Certificate (BCC) application for section A (47 villas). The BCC application for section B (30 villas) will be submitted on October 30, 2019. The contract completion date is November 15, 2019.
Intermass achieved the first control milestone for the construction of Citizens School in Satwa, Dubai, by completing the mobilization and 54% of the foundation works approximately 21 days ahead of schedule in a challenging contract duration of 12 months.
Intermass obtained the Building Completion Certificate for Arada’s Nasma 1 Project, which consists of a total of 107 villas. The contract completion date is August 30, 2019.
